احجز جوازك إلكترونياً من السفارة السودانية بالقاهرة ابتداءً من
متابعات _ انباءالسودان _ أعلنت السفارة السودانية في القاهرة عن بدء العمل بنظام الحجز الإلكتروني المسبق لاستخراج جوازات السفر، وذلك اعتباراً من يوم الأحد الموافق 2 نوفمبر 2025م.
وأوضحت السفارة في بيانها أن الخدمة الجديدة تهدف إلى تنظيم عملية استخراج الجوازات وتسهيل الإجراءات للمواطنين، مشيرة إلى أن التقديم سيتم حصراً عبر الموقع الإلكتروني للإدارة العامة للجوازات والهجرة على الرابط: https://passports.gov.sd.
وأكدت السفارة ضرورة إرفاق نسخة مطبوعة من الحجز الإلكتروني عند التقديم، على أن يتم استقبال المراجعين خلال ساعات العمل الرسمية من الثامنة والنصف صباحاً وحتى الرابعة والنصف مساءً.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار جهود السفارة لتحسين بيئة العمل وتنظيم الخدمات القنصلية، بعد ملاحظات عديدة حول الازدحام الكبير الذي يشهده مقرها في حي الدقي بالعاصمة المصرية، نظراً للإقبال المتزايد من أبناء الجالية السودانية المقيمة في مصر، والتي يُقدّر عددها بالملايين.
كما أشارت مصادر مطلعة إلى أن السفارة تعمل حالياً على تطوير خدماتها الإلكترونية وتوسيع طاقم العمل لتلبية احتياجات المواطنين بأسرع وقت ممكن، في ظل تزايد الطلب على خدمات استخراج الجوازات.
