قالت مصادر عسكري ان الجيش السوداني شن ضربات جوية مكثفة اليوم على مواقع عسكرية تابعة لقوات الدعم المتمردة بشمال وجنوب كردفان.

وقالت المصاظر ان الضربات أسفرت عن تدمير عدد من العربات القتالية ورصد تحركات وُصفت بأنها استعدادات لهجوم وشيك على مواقع الجيش في المنطقة.
واكدت المصادر أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد عمليات عسكرية واسعة تهدف إلى إعلان إقليم كردفان منطقة خالية من مليشيا الدعم السريع.
